Brian is a top-tier host. I wanted an RV for an outdoor camping event I volunteer with to run security, and when my original RV reservation canceled out of the blue, Brian messaged me to let me know that he had an available RV to rent. He assuaged my anxieties about coordinating with delivery (with a strict gated and ticketed entrance to the festival, I was worried he'd have a hard time getting in), and worked with me before the event even happened to make sure he would be able to park the RV exactly (down to the foot of placement based on our map!) where we wanted it. He explained how to work everything and took the time to show me how to use every feature of the RV. The provided amenities were very luxury, including extra outdoor furniture that expanded the livable space well beyond the interior of the RV itself. You could tell how much effort Brian put into cleaning and prepping the RV between rentals, too. When we realized we even had a mutual friend who passed away years ago, he brought a small memento of this individual to keep me company on my trip—a tiny effort that really brought me comfort and appreciation. The generator he provided was SILENT, too, especially with a baffle box! Our neighbors even came over to ask if they could plug in because their generator was so loud it was annoying them, and it had plenty of available power to run everything at their camp in addition to the RV. Pickup was a breeze, and as someone with a low-tow-capacity car, I am very thankful Brian offered pickup & delivery. Plus, I can barely back into an empty parking spot with my own car, glad I didn't have to stress about backing an RV into my camping spot. I have rented rooms in foreign countries, tiny apartments, and even a whole house local to me when a tree fell on our house through similar online rental websites, and if any of them had been hosted by Brian, my vacations and homes-away-from-home would have been 10-times nicer. 10/10, 100%, A+, would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Brian, renting from you was a delight!

Brian was great to deal with. Told him we were going to Talladega for the race and it was excited for us to use the RV for the trip. He was super easy to deal with and helped explain everything with the RV to ensure our experience was amazing.
