Biodegradable toilet paper included too, lol!
Note: Two day rentals incur a $150 surcharge. What's includedThe RV is pretty much turnkey! Plates, sheets, towels, coffee maker, toaster, drink shaker and more!RecommendationsWe've been to South Dakota, Iowa, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. All over so fun!Other things to notePlease advise on Destination, RV Park or elsewhere, # of people, ages, experience and Outdoorsy Insurance level.
I do charge a $105.00 fee on all rentals. What's it for? Well, no matter how much you clean, I will clean more! In addition, it allows you flexibility of several hours on pickup and return times. It covers communications with Outdoorsy and incidental communication while on your trip. Same fee as mentioned above!
Regards and looking forward to meeting you!

Review summary

Attentive, communicative, prepared host
John is consistently praised for quick responses, clear instructions, thorough walkthroughs, and providing a well-stocked RV. He offers ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and extra amenities, making the rental process easy and stress-free for renters, even first-timers.
Easy to drive, well-equipped
The "She Shed" RV is generally easy to drive, spacious, and comfortable for families, with slide-outs expanding the living area. It comes exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all essentials and thoughtful extras for a turnkey experience. Some noise and pulling were noted on rough roads.

5.0I can not say enough about John and how great an experience this process was. Very responsive, easy to get along with, and made sure I was fully prepared prior to departing. Our family's last minute road trip to Washington DC was great! The RV drove perfect and 3 adults and 2 children got there and back comfortably!

5.0First time RVers wanting to find out if we like it. We had a great time staying in this RV for three nights. The listing and photos were accurate. The RV was a comfortable place to come back to after a day in the river. John was 10/10 with communication! We want to try some other types of RVs (class C/trailer) but we would rent this one again!

3.0Being that this was our first time having a RV we learned a lot. John was super helpful and tried to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. We ran into an issue with the generator and he continued to try and troubleshoot the problem for us. Just know it you rent his RV you will have his undivided attention! I wish I could give John 5 stars on his on but the 3 stars are for my trip as a whole.

5.0John was friendly, responsive, and helpful coming up to our rental dates and during our actual trip. The RV was clean and spacious and was more than enough for myself and two friends. It took a minute to get used to driving but it was a lot more simple than I expected pretty quickly.

4.0We had a great experience renting this RV! This was the first time we ever rented a RV to take on a road trip. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the driving conditions. The only pull back I have was how loud it was when driving on a rough surface pavement & bumps in the road. Anytime driving next to a semi it would slightly pull you in its vortex. Other than that The "She Shed" layout with the room slide out extensions was incredibly convenient and made the space feel much more open & comfortable. The RV was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was included—linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of other thoughtful extras. The turnkey setup made packing and trip preparation easy. Even biodegradable toilet paper was provided, which gave us a good laugh and showed the owner's attention to detail. Overall, this RV was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. We would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free RV getaway. All shout out to John for being a great host, we had a few questions while we were gone and contacted John, he made himself available for us to reach and answers all our questions. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to John and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the RV. The reason it’s not 5 is due to how loud the drive was.

5.0Our experience was eamless. John was an excellnet host and we had no problems at all. Rented Easter weekend to use only as extra bedroom space for a packed house. It never left our driveway. Our grandboys LOVED the introduction to the RV life and next time we will take it on the road!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Do you allow pets?
A.
Love dogs, allergic to cats. No snakes or monkeys, please.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I do not deliver; however, there is also parking at this location and a preview of the "She Shed" is welcome and encouraged!

Q.
What other fees do you charge?
A.
I am a neat freak. The "She Shed" will be clean, full of fuel and water and with holding tanks empty when you pick it up. Please return it in the same condition. I assess a $150 surcharge on TWO NIGHT THREE DAY rentals. I also supply a 10'x 10' canopy instead of the unit awning. This is an alternative to the awning which is very easy to break and expensive to replace. Fees as follows for incomplete return: Dump Fee $150.00 Cleaning Fee $150.00 Fuel Fees $2.00 above prevailing rate
