Yosemite Sam is a super clean and cozy 2016 Rockwood mini-lite camper trailer! He has been across the country and is equipped for anything you may encounter. Featuring a queen sized bed (heated mattress w/ luxury memory foam topper) and an additional couch that folds out to sleep another couple you can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The camper also includes a ready to go kitchen with sink/utensils/pots/pans/microwave/stove/fridge/freezer and a bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. You will enjoy the ice cold A/C on those hot days and the furnace when the nights get cooler! Other features include TV/radio (bluetooth w/ indoor and outdoor speakers) and a self contained grill on the outside of the camper. We also have a super quiet inverter generator capable of powering the entire camper available should you decide to spend the night where no electricity is available. Sam was our home for 7 weeks last year with our 9 month old daughter on our cross country trip and we would love for someone else to enjoy the freedom a camper allows like we did!!If you prefer I can deliver the camper to your site and help you set it up within a reasonable distance for a small additional charge.

Rules and policies
No smoking, no climbing the ladder or climbing on the roof. If we are not delivering for you, you need a vehicle capable of towing 5000 pounds. Your vehicle must have a 7-blade electric socket to connect to the trailer, a trailer brake controller, and a 2 5/16” ball (or borrow ours). Weight distribution hitch is available with the camper as well.
