Like new Bunkhouse, super comfortable, spacious, and stylish. Has all the needed amenities to make your vacation the best yet to come. Comfortable king bed, spacious living area and bathroom, full size fridge with ice maker, microwave, stove and oven, double sink, kitchen island, awesome recliners, fireplace, 5 TVs, endless hot water heater. Outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue pit. 2 AC units. 2nd bedroom with pull out couch, bunk bed, TV, and desk. Loft area with king mattress and it’s own TV for the kids. Indoor/Outdoor Stereo Speakers with Bluetooth. Delivery, set up and pick up within 200 miles from Spring, TX (or as agreed) done by owner so you don’t have to worry about driving it and setting it up. This is the perfect RV for your vacation :-)What's includedKitchenware, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster included. Barbecue pit, 4 outdoor chairs, umbrella with base. RV toilet paper is provided by Owner.
