5.0We had the absolute best time with the RV and the host, Nichole was great to work with! She answered all my questions prior and attempted to put me at ease that we would be able to easily boondock through the weekend. The RV was well stocked with everything that we needed and Nichole checked in prior regarding our bedding needs, supplied additional pillows, and even offered to add on a fire pit as the temperatures were expected to be chilly. She was really thoughtful in looking out for us and offered to assist during our trip if needed. The RV itself was super clean! As we were boondocking (without water/power), we expected to use the generator often but the batteries are so strong that we rarely needed the generator and also therefore barely used any gas. One additional benefit that comes to mind regarding the unit is that it has blinds for privacy but the host has provided "black out" pieces to block out additional light and heat. The RV had very hot water which was lovely for showering. Everything worked as it should inside the unit and it drove well. The main bed was more comfortable than both the hotel & airbnb we had stayed in prior. We had the best experience!

5.0The RV drove great! The amenities provided by the RV was exactly what we needed. It was so clean, easy to operate and made are RV so easy and enjoyable. Host Nicole helped with any questions we had and actively made sure we had all we needed and any questions were promptly answered! Would love to use the RV again in the future!

2.0The RV was in good shape and worked great for our trip. The only downside was the experience after we returned it. Before and during the trip, she never mentioned or provided in writing interior cleaning requirements. On the day we returned the RV, we cleaned it out and completed the exterior cleaning requested in the listing, which was spraying it off at a car wash. However, we were charged for both interior and exterior cleaning. Fortunately, we had taken plenty of photos of the RV at drop-off, and Outdoorsy refunded the cleaning fees after reviewing them. The situation was frustrating because there was a lack of communication, and the communication we did receive tended to be curt. We would have been happy to do additional cleaning if her expectations had been clearly stated. I wouldn't rent from her again.

5.0We absolutely enjoyed our trip! Could have stayed longer! Nicole’s 24 foot motor-coach was fantastic. Nicole keeps it very clean, well stocked and misses on nothing. Nicole was delightful to rent from and offers great add-ons like the bike rack! Nicole gave a thorough walk thru and instructions and was available for any questions. We had two adults and two kids and it was very comfortable. We made great memories. Thank you Nicole, we will rent from you again!
