Our 33’ Wildcat will sleep up to 10 with a private master bedroom in the front which has a new queen 12” Zinus mattress. There are two full size bunk beds in the back as well as a convertible dinning set and fold out couch. The indoor kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sink, 3 burner stove and oven. It also has an outdoor kitchen with a sink, two burner stove and gas grill that has a interchangeable nonstick griddle top. The living area is equipped with a 32” Roku TV and a stereo with inside and outside speakers. There is a full size shower in the restroom with an exterior door to allow the kids to go in and out without having to run through the entire trailer. The tongue jack, awning, slide out and stabilizers are all push button electric and very easy to operate.What's includedThis trailer includes linens and four pillows for the master bed and bunk beds. If you have additional campers sleeping on the fold out couch and convertible dining table they may need to bring pillows and sleeping bags. The kitchen has dishes and some cookware, toaster etc... The restroom will have towels and toilet paper. There are 4 outdoor chairs, portable fan, large outdoor rug, and leveling blocks as well as water hose, sewer drain hose and 50 amp electrical cord with adaptors for 30 amp and 15 amp outlets. You may need to alternate the use of some electrical appliances if using less than 50 amp service. A weight distributing hitch will be provided and is capable of adjusting to fit anything from a standard half ton truck to most lifted 4WD trucks. Universal clip on extension mirrors are also included at no cost provided they are returned with the rental undamaged.RecommendationsWe are located within 40 miles of Lake Livingston State Park and 50 miles from Huntsville State Park. Both parks are great places for a weekend or week long trip.Other things to noteDog friendly. We have a dog and we love to take him camping. Unfortunately that usually includes a little extra cleaning to ensure that future campers do not have to wear his fur. They must be house broken and not have an appetite for RV furniture or anything else inside of the trailer. A small cleaning fee will be charged for dogs. 2 dog limit, 60 lbs max each.

We hope you will enjoy our Wildcat as much as we do but there are some rules to follow. No smoking or vaping inside the camper. Any sign of this rule being broken will forfeit your entire security deposit. Be sure to completely empty and flush the black and grey waste water tanks before returning the camper. A $100 fee will be charged if this is not done. If you bring your dogs along please make sure to keep them off of the master bed and clean up after them. Do not leave dogs unattended inside for an extended amount of time. The camper will be clean and sanitized when you pick it up. If it is returned cleaned there will be no Cleaning Fee. Cleaning Fee is $75. If you simply do not want to deal with dumping the waste water tanks or cleaning the unit you can select the Worry Free Return box at time of booking and we will take care of it for you. The Worry Free Return cost is $150 and will only cover cleaning the inside of the unit and dumping the black and grey waste water tanks. It does not cover any damage to the unit nor does it apply to the no smoking rule. We will sanitize the unit per CDC Guidelines upon return regardless of which route you choose to take.
