Please read and agree to the following rules and policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. 🔑 Pickup & Return Pickup Time: 11AM Return Time: 3PM Condition Walkthrough: A walkthrough will be done at pickup and return to document condition. Tanks: Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before return. A $200 fee will be charged if not emptied. 🚫 Rules of Use No Smoking or Vaping inside the camper. A $500 cleaning/deodorizing fee will be charged if this rule is violated. No Off-Roading or travel on unmaintained roads. No Festivals or large events unless pre-approved. No Illegal Activity (e.g., drug use, underage drinking, etc.) is permitted at any time. No Climbing on the roof or tampering with equipment. 🎒 Renter Responsibilities Cleanliness: Please return the camper in the same condition you received it — clean, swept, and trash removed. A cleaning fee of $300 applies for excessive messes.
