Hello and thank you for your interest in my Winnebago Rialta. Are you familiar with the Rialta? If so, you know how fortunate you are to have found one available in your area. If not, you are in for a real treat. 21 1/2 ft long and fits in a standard parking spot, but includes all of the amenities of the larger class A and C units. The Rialta is perfect for those who have never driven an RV before or prefer smaller units. My Rialta includes: refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink, seating for 8 and sleeping for 4, a large fold out table for playing games and eating, toilet, indoor and outdoor shower, hot water, microwave, Two A/C and heater units , What more do you need? Oh, did I mention that the gas mileage will blow your mind? You can expect 15 to 20 mpg. Compare that to those huge, clunky units. And the driving experience. Drives like a mini van so anyone can feel comfortable out on the road. I will consider a pet on a case by case basis, approved in advance. There will be an additional cleaning deposit required. So, what are you waiting for? Give the R a try. You will never go back to those other RVs. And, you are getting the 22QD model, the most preferred of ALL Rialta models. Buckle up and enjoy.
