Picture this: you pull into your campsite, and the trailer is already there. Leveled. Awning out. Chairs set up. All you have to do is walk in, pour a drink, and start your vacation. That's exactly what we offer with our 2022 Heartland Trail Runner 261BHS, a beautifully maintained, fully stocked travel trailer ready to conquer campgrounds, state parks, and outdoor destinations within 150 miles of Phoenix.Whether you're a family of six planning your first camping trip, a couple escaping to Sedona for the weekend, or snowbirds looking for a comfortable base camp near the desert's best trails, this trailer was built for your trip.At 26 feet with a full slide-out, the Trail Runner feels significantly larger than you'd expect. The layout is designed with groups in mind — kids claim the bunkhouse, parents retreat to the private queen bed up front, and everyone gathers in the central living space that actually has room to breathe.Sleeping for up to 8:
• Queen bed in the private front bedroom
• Two bunk beds in the dedicated bunkhouse (the kids' favorite)
• Dinette that converts to a sleeping area
• Pullout sofa for additional guests or overflow
When it's time to wind down, everyone has their own space. When it's time to eat, gather, or play cards in the rain, the open living and kitchen area pulls everyone together.A Kitchen That Actually Works
No roughing it here. The full galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook real meals at camp:
• 3-burner stovetop + oven
• Full-size microwave
• Refrigerator
• Complete cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, and glasses included
• Propane port with direct hookup for a Blackstone griddle (available as an add-on)
From morning pancakes to post-hike dinners, you'll eat well. And if you want to upgrade the outdoor cooking experience, our Blackstone add-on turns your campsite into a proper outdoor kitchen.Comfort You Don't Have to Sacrifice
The bathroom is clean, private, and fully functional. A filtered showerhead, toilet, and sink with on-demand hot water. The dual propane and battery setup keeps things running smoothly whether you're at a full-hookup park or a more remote site.
Climate is one of the biggest concerns for Arizona travelers, and this trailer handles it. Ducted AC and heat run throughout the entire cabin, so whether you're camping in October's crisp desert air or hiding from a surprise cold front in Flagstaff, you'll be comfortable from front to back.Your Outdoor Living Space
The full-length powered awning with LED lights transforms the space outside your door into a proper living room under the stars. Set up camp chairs, roll out the outdoor rug, and watch the sunset. It's where the best conversations of the trip will happen.
Included with every rental:
• (2) Camp chairs and outdoor table
• Outdoor rug
• Full linen set (sheets, pillowcases, towels)
• Cooking essentials kit
• Chocks and leveling blocks
• Powered stabilizer jacks

Everything about this experience was 5 stars! We originally reserved an RV from RV America and 2 days before our trip they called and informed me that the unit we reserved is having mechanical issues. They offered a smaller unit but that would not work for us. That’s when I looked at options with Outdoorsy. Courtney was quick to respond and was very accommodating. They met us at the campsite to drop the unit off and hooked everything up. Unit worked great and even in the 100 degree weather it kept us cool during the day and cold at night. I will definitely be reserving this again! Ben

Hi, I'm Courtney! Growing up in Arizona, my family always found ways to get outside, even in the 100°+ heat. Whether we were taking the camper up to Flagstaff, spending the day on Lake Pleasant, or paddleboarding on the Colorado River, some of my favorite memories were made outdoors. Now, I'd love to help other families and adventurers create those same kinds of experiences. If you have questions about a trip or are looking for local recommendations, I'm always happy to help!
