This delivery-only unit is like new and has heated & massage theater seating. Simply put, Venture makes the nicest travel trailer we could find.Two Bunk Beds and Two Fireplaces. Front Private Bedroom, Theater Seating w/ heat and massage, Exterior Campfire Café Pass-Through Storage. One of the entrances even leads directly into the rear corner bathroom so you can return to having fun outside fast. The 51" x 75" double over double bunk beds are right next to the bathroom so those sleeping on them don't have to go far to freshen up in the 30" x 36" shower. You will enjoy your privacy with the front private bedroom, which has a 70" x 80" sleep-tight king bed slide across from a dresser with a TV and a 30" frameless fireplace, plus a window seat with wardrobes and shelves on either side to hang your clothes and place your books. Just outside the sliding doors to the bedroom is a closet on one side and a pantry on the other. The chef will love cooking in the great outdoors with the exterior campfire café with a refrigerator, a sink, and dual burners for a sunrise breakfast!Please note this unit does not have a generator, so you must have full hookup; you cannot use it for dry camping. Full hookup means water, power, and sewer (unless pump-out services are available), at your rental location. Any pump-out fees will be the responsibility of the renter in the event there is not a sewer hookup at the RV rental pad. No towing is allowed for this unit, but we will happily deliver to the RV resort of your choosing and take all the towing, setup, and teardown headaches away!Awning use is not allowed during summer rain and thunderstorms due to costly potential damage that exceeds the deposit amount of guests. Absolutely love RVing! From the Tampa area, my wife and I work from home and try to get away with (and without) the kids as much as possible. When we are not using it, we try to rent the toy hauler to responsible families and couples who will take care of it and enjoy it as much as we do. If you have any questions or want to negotiate delivery outside the area, no worries will be happy to text or get on the phone anytime! We have it down in the FL keys all summer and can offer some discounts down there and stationary rentals as well.

First and foremost we want to thank Bill for making our experience delightful he kept in touch with us and was always one call away when we needed assistance We decided to have the RV delivered which worked out better for us and I have to say my family and I enjoyed our stay super comfy and cozy. Looking to re book again soon

Bill and his wife are the best hosts we have ever had! Not only did they adjust their night minimum for a last minute booking, but their communication was superb. They were very flexible with check in and out times and just in general some very good hearted people.
