5.0We had the best family camping trip!! It was mostly due to the incredible service provided by Carlos Ochoa. He kept every promise he made about a fully functional trailer, delivery process and the extra equipment I asked for that we would not have had the room to bring with us. The trailer was spotless and super comfortable for the six of us that went. He thought through everything we would need for an amazing trip. So much so that I am planning to use him again for next years trip. He even saved our hide as we arrived to the campground after check in hours. I panicked a bit because I didn't know how we were going to access the trailer. He thought through that as well and made sure we had access to the trailer so we could get a good nights rest and check in the following morning. Huge relieve. His check process could not have been easier for my family. Bottom line, it was exceptional service and I plan to use him exclusively for years to come!! Thank you, Carlos for an amazing trip!!!
