We love our pets, but others may have allergies and as such we need to deep clean the RV after a trip where pets were onboard. We love them, we know you love them, and we have no problem with you bringing them along, but we also have to think of out other guests. I'm sure you understand.All tanks, excluding the propane tank, will be empty at pickup and should be returned the same. Any tanks requiring emptying will incur a $100 dumping fee. It's literally a s**t job dumping tanks, especially if you're not on a site. So please remember to dump before you leave your site.The RV fuel tank will be full at pickup. Please return it as close to full as you can. We don't charge a fee to refuel but will pass whatever the fuel cost was onto you.Propane is included. Should the tank become empty during a rental, please fill it and keep the receipt.
