This pet friendly, lightweight, comfortable trailer has everything you need for a weekend get away, cross country adventure or even a temporary extra bedroom for out of town guests. The 200 AH battery storage can typically last a long weekend without a charge. The interior can be set up for day use (as a couch for tailgating or remote work) or permantently set up as bed. Propane heater and AC. The kitchen is fully stocked and is amazingly functional with 12 volt refidgerator, two gas burner cooktop and Microwave oven. The interior fan is adjustable and super quiet when on lower settings for a sound nights sleep.What's includedExtremely comfortable queen sized bed, TV, WiFi, AC, propane heater, inside fan, Bluetooth connected audio with inside and/or outside speakers, full gally kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and two burner cooktop. Pots pans, utensils, coffee press, espresso maker, cocktail shaker, wine/bottle opener and most anything else up on request. There is no toilet but we do provide an equipped, comfortable "Luggable Loo" which can be used in the attached zip down privacy shower enclosure.Recommendations• Lake Chabot and Dumbarton Quarry Campground locally in the East Bay. I can also meet you on the road to your location as part of the delivery to save you driving out of your way to pick up trailer.Other things to noteThere is no smoking in the trailer PLEASE!You are a welcome to use the awnings, but it's a two person job.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Most of the time I'm pretty flexible unless I have a back to back booking or am traveling myself. Best that we finalize pick up and drop off time after you book and your trip is near and we both know our schedules.

Will you meet me on the road to avoid driving into San Leandro?
A.
It depends on my schedule, but I am happy to accomodate that for a delivery and pick-up fee upon request. Just let me know and we will work out a convenient location to meet.

My wife and I are a couple years into the RV/Trailer travel life and we have covered some ground in that time. We have travelled cross country 4 times with our Encore ROG in tow and 3 additional times without. After many other shorter trips, we thought people might enjoy our RV as much as we do so having it sit in the garage seems unfair.
