The trailer is ready to be your home away from home!Super light and easy to pull with a smaller vehicle with towing capacity up to 5000 lbs. Queen bed and 2 long twin beds, sleeps up to 5 people. Bathroom with a skylight shower. A dining table that converts to a sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen provides a two-burner cooktop, a residential microwave, and 12V refrigerator. Bluetooth stereo with indoor outdoor speakers, power awning with led lights. Pick up and drop off can be arranged.
Linens (sheets, towels, pillows) will NOT be provided.Note:
1) Pick -up time can be arranged!
2) I ask that renters treat our trailer as their own and take care of it as much as we do.
3) Your vehicle must have installed a 7-pin electrical plug and brake controller, as it controls the lights and trailer brakes. Some newer trucks and SUVs will already have a brake controller preinstalled.
4) Trailer will come with RV-safe toilet paper.
5) Please empty the black and grey water tank before returning, or a dump fee will be charged
6) Please let me know if you need help cleaning the tanks properly. Not properly emptying the waste tanks can lead to serious problems.
7) If you're doing "dry camping," ensure you have enough power for your needs.
8) Sorry. Not available for Burning Man and Festivals.
9) No smoking allowed
