BAYCAMPR RULES OF THE ROAD RETURN: Unless a Late Drop Off option is included on the reservation, the RV must be returned and fully checked in by 12:00 PM. Unapproved late returns are $50/hour, up to $250/day. Notifying BayCampr of a late return does not waive the fee. FUEL & PROPANE: Return fuel and propane at the same levels as received unless prepaid propane was purchased. Refueling is charged at market cost plus $40 labor. WASTE TANKS: Gray and black tanks must be returned emptied and flushed. Failure to do so results in a $125 service fee. CLEANING: The RV interior must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Guests are expected to remove all personal belongings, trash, and food; clean any kitchenware or cooking equipment used; sweep the floors; and spot-clean spills. Excessive cleaning or minor renter-caused interior restoration beyond normal wear is charged at $75/hour, with a 1-hour minimum. SMOKING / PETS / ODORS: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Pets must be approved, and the Pet Upgrade Add-on must be paid. Smoking, strong odors, or unauthorized pets may result in a minimum $350 deodorizing fee plus additional cleaning as needed. DAMAGE: Renter is responsible for renter-caused damage, missing items, and abnormal wear. Damage caused by contact with trees, branches, posts, curbs, or similar obstacles is not normal wear and may result in restoration charges, professional repair costs, or an insurance claim. PROHIBITED USE: Beach or sand driving is prohibited. Renter is responsible for damage resulting from prohibited use, overloading, road hazards, or improper operation.
