1.0We rented this van based on advertised off-grid capabilities, including a large lithium battery system, air conditioning, and refrigeration. During our trip in approximately 100-degree temperatures, the house battery system failed, resulting in loss of climate control and refrigeration. Our food spoiled, and we had to troubleshoot the battery system ourselves to restore operation. We later received messages indicating the vehicle should remain connected to shore power for AC use, which was inconsistent with our understanding of the listing when we booked. After the rental, the host submitted a damage claim related to the battery compartment and drawer area that we disputed. Outdoorsy is currently reviewing the matter.

5.0Everything was great with this fun Sprinter! First, it's a pleasure to drive - nimble and tight steering. The inside was in great shape and everything was in good working order. Daniel was also very responsive to the few questions that did come up during our rental.

5.0Fantastic renter, love this RV for trouble free use. Very comfortable on highway, easy to lay down the miles to get off the beaten path. Bring a isobutane/gas stove/stovetop if your cooking much because the induction cooktop burns lots of battery time. Gonna rent more with this renter. 5 ⭐!
