There is a higher rental (ballpark is around $4k), deposit, and cleaning rates for this event. The BM package includes ample water and bikes, cassette toilet and there's a special prep session in advance of the rental. Cleaning: The campervan, it’s accessories, including dishes, to be returned in a clean and respectable state, similar to when you picked it up. A $75 laundry/inspection/re-stocking fee is automatically charged at the time of check-out. If the van is returned to a state that requires more cleaning (i.e. dirt/grime/spills/etc) there will be cleaning fees: $50~125 inside, and/or $75 outside. Tire/Windshield Damage: We replace and change tires on a regular basis due to normal wear and tear. All other damages incurred to the tires/wheels/windshield is the customer's responsibility. Citations & Tolls: If we are notified by authorities that we may be responsible for payment of a citation, a $50 processing fee will be charged for each notification. If we are required to pay any citation, you authorize us to charge all such payments/processing fees to the credit/debit card you used to pay for your rental. We will of course, give you a heads up and allow you to change the card on file for payment.
