Excellent First RV Experience — Highly Recommend Donny! Donny was incredibly responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. This was my first RV van rental, and I was traveling solo, so I especially appreciated how thoroughly he walked me through all the van’s systems. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident before heading out. I’m a nurse and meticulous about cleanliness, and I was genuinely impressed. The van was exceptionally clean, completely odor-free, and looked practically new inside. I knew Pleasure-Way was a quality build-out, but after 11 years, the leather seating, convertible bed, cabinetry, and appliances were still in beautiful condition. Donny also provided clean sheets and a new pillow. I’ve been considering buying a 20-foot Mercedes Sprinter Pleasure-Way and wanted to try one while fulfilling my dream of driving the California coast from Monterey to Big Sur. Finding this specific van was difficult, especially with mileage limits. Donny accommodated my plans to fly from Seattle to San Francisco for an incredible six-day, five-night adventure. The generator wasn’t working, but that wasn’t an issue since I stayed at RV parks with electrical and water hookups all five nights. The rear-door curtains had a few stains, and the TV connection to my phone was intermittent. Otherwise, the interior was remarkable. Coastal nights can get quite cold! The propane heater kept me toasty warm! Bring layers and a warm blanket, plus a sleeping bag if camping off-grid or not using the heater. 😊 One helpful tip: Wi-Fi and cell service were unreliable or unavailable for much of my trip, including at most RV parks. Download movies, music, and anything else you want to enjoy offline in advance. I learned so much and truly appreciated Donny’s patience, flexibility, attention to detail, and kindness. He’s a really good guy and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting from him!

Donny was quick to answer when we had any questions, and van did us good for a week. Everything was clean and ready to go for us. Bed and couch are comfortable and nice, easy to use. With that being said, the van definitely has its quirks. We weren’t able to listen to music in the radio which was a bummer for a week and a half. Also the battery would die by the morning if we didn’t drive to charge it back up. I think this van may have been a little better suited for someone who’s hooking up to shore power, not staying off the grid for a few days. Just want to maybe save someone from doing the same things we did. Still highly recommend this van if it suits you

Donny was great! Good communication. RV was in good order. Perfect for the trip around the National Parks. Donny picked us up and dropped us at the station. So handy!!! RV was easy to use and worked well with 2 of us.
