This is a 1999 Ford E350 van intended for very minimalistic and simple stays. There is no way to shower or use the restroom in this van, though you can keep it parked next to some public restrooms in San Diego (I can give recommendations) or other places you may research on your own!** Please Note There IS NO AC FOR Overnight USE. The AC only works when the van is on. Otherwise, there is a vent that can be opened overnight for air flow on the top of the van. This also works as a fan when the appliance battery is on. I also have a rechargeable fan I leave in the van for guests to use. I have slept in the van many times without issue with it being too hot, but is something to be aware of.No stovetop, but there is countertop space and a mini fridge. The fridge is connected to a power box connected to the battery. It’s best not to use it much to not run down the battery, but it can be used if needed. The sink is not currently working due to needing a new water pump. If you absolutely need these amenities, this may not be the stay for you. This is a cheap stay due to these limitations, but you get transport and sleeping arrangements in one! :)Check in no earlier than 3pm unless otherwise agreed upon.
