Site must fit a 31 foot trailer, have a 30-amp hook-up, water AND sewer connections. This is non-negotiable. Other things to note> We do not allow pets in the RV.

5Our trip was amazing, our first time to rent a tv. Delivery, questions, pick up all were great! Everything we needed was supplied! We will definitely consider renting again when we’re in that area!

3The communication with the owner was great throughout the process and they were very responsive with any questions we had. The trailer itself was nice and clean and everything looked to be in good shape. We did have an issue with the shower leaking as I don't think the trailer was leveled properly so after the water was turned it started leaking right away making the shower useless. Thankfully the campground had a shower but it would have been nice to be able to use the shower in the trailer if we wanted to. Second, I asked before we left about what the trailer came with and they said we just had a bring our personal toiletries. When getting there the only bed that had sheets was the master bedroom bed. There were no sheets for either of the bunk beds, only 2 very small blankets. There also weren't any sheets, blankets or pillows for the table or couch that we were using as beds. We don't mind bringing a few extra blankets and sheets but if you tell me the only thing I need is toiletries then I assume there will be sheets at the minimum for the beds. Lastly, when it came to what the kitchen is stocked with as far as kitchen stuff (pots, pans, utensils) it was very, very minimal. There were two super tiny pots and both looked like they just made it through a tornado. They were all scratched and dirty and we didn't want to use them. There were no cutting boards, no pans that we saw and it just didn't have what we are used to seeing with other trailer rentals we have experienced. Thankfully I think our issues are easily solved so this could end up being a great trailer to rent going forward if the owner decides to invest just a little more going forward.
