I am an active-duty military member and have base access for possible renters wishing to stay at base family camps. One of the great local events in the San Antonio area is the United States Air Force basic training graduations. The RV camp on base is located within a half mile of the parade field where all graduates march in parade before they head off to start their career in the Air Force or Space Force. We have explored San Antonio and the surrounding towns and have found it comforting to have the RV back after a day of exploring. Kerrville and Canyon Lake is just a few of the great camping locations we have stayed.
