We made it to our destination the first day. Second day we started to our second destination on the way there we had a tire blow out which ripped out the gas hose and the hose to the fresh water now we have no water and half tank of gas with no way of putting fuel. We had to pay $350 out of pocket for two tire because the other tire wasn’t going to make according to the tire service company and insurance took care of the rest. Roadside service found us a shop about 30 minutes away from where we were at we started our way over the next day, 15 minutes on the highway we had another blowout roadside service sent out the tire service company again now we paid another $550 to replace two tires, because again the second tires showed signs of cracking and it wasn’t safe. Before we left I had the shop check the front tires and ask him if he thought they were safe his reply to us was passenger tire shows signs of ware and that it might be ok the driver said tire was bald and suggested we put the spare tire on, so he changed it out. Outdoorsy wanted me to let the host know how much we spent out of pocket. The host replied back “ I don’t understand why your paying out of pocket when there is a brand new spare “ WOW 1 spare for 5 bad tires and really doesn’t understand why we are paying out of pocket. Now we make our way to the shop and we felt like the RV was losing power so we pull over and got towed to the shop. Next day the shop contact me that it was ready for pickup when I get there they explain to that host ONLY WANT TO FIX THE HOSE FOR THE FUEL AND NOT THE HOSE FOR WATER. Wow, what a host. I had my wife and two kids and no water for the toilet because our host is to cheap to get it fixed we had to use our bottle water for the toilet and to wash our hands, also we are about 12 hours away from home. The only good thing about this situation was outdoorsy and roadside service communicating with the whole time they were fantastic.
