A Frame Pop-up in great condition, sets up in 2 minutes and easy to pull. Hard sided, insulated much better than a canvas and easier to setup with good headroom (I'm 6'1).AC, heater(works off batteries), heated mattress, ceiling fan, stove, sink, stereo, 2 beds, stove. Front has ramps for loading toys and a platform for hauling. Electric jack, brakes, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, stabilizers and decent clearance with good tires. What's includedIf you need extra camping supplies let me know, I have chairs, utensils, plates, tent and a port o potty if you want. RecommendationsGreat all around trailer to dry camp off the beaten path like the Swell and take a4-wheeler or motorcycle. Also has hookups for electric if you want AC, Fridge, Microwave. Easy and quick enough to setup and leave for multi stop trips. Other things to noteEasy enough to pull with smaller SUVs, 2 5/16s ball, I can let you borrow mine if you don't have one. Cleaning is extra if not returned as it was received.
