Wanda was originally custom built to be the perfect mobile ski cabin. Incredibly well insulated, and equipped with an externally vented propane heater, this van can dry gear and keep you cozy even with outside temperatures of -20 C. The insulation does it's job in the summertime as well, keeping the van cool and comfortable day and night. There is a ceiling fan vented to the outside that you can set to intake or exhaust, and hatch windows at the head of the bed to keep a stream of fresh air throughout the night.I have used this van to surf and mountain bike year-round on Vancouver Island, as well as ski in the winters. It's been on multi-week ski trips though Revelstoke, Nelson and beyond, and even a multi-month mountain bike trip through Squamish, Whistler, Kamloops, Revelstoke and more.I've had better sleeps in this van than any other bed I've ever been in. Thanks to the cozy queen size bed and near perfect darkness, I'm certain you'll get an amazing sleep. If you want to take your glamping to the next level, check out my other campervan and consider it for an even more luxurious stay:

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I will supply you with a comprehensive list for operating the van, and everything in the van for your trip, as well as walking you through anything you'd like help with during the key handover. No need to stress!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My current schedule allows me to be quite flexible with pick and drop off times. I know flights and ferries get delayed so again, no need to stress! I can accommodate a changing schedule, just keep me updated :)
Q.What is supplied for making coffee?
A.
A critical question! I supply a Hario V60 pour over coffee setup. Perfect for anyone from the low maintenance coffee drinker to the coffee enthusiast. Please supply your own pre-ground beans!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The house battery charges automatically while you drive, which is often to keep the battery fully charged. If you're not doing much driving, you can choose to set up the portable solar panel in the sun to top up the battery, or plug the AC to DC charger into a standard outlet. I supply a 50 ft hose to easily top up the 5 gallon fresh water jug as needed. The 5 gallon grey water tank can be removed and dumped when needed.
