There’s a 40” smart tv, if you connect with hotspot you can watch netflix & youtube. The stereo has bluetooth, DVD, AM/FM, inside & outside speakers. The kitchen has a full size pantry & full sink. On the outside one electric awning for shade, & LED lights underneath the stairs & top of awning.
