We want you to be fully informed "up front" and have no unrealistic expectations about our RV rental. Most owners have these same rules but don't always post them up front. We strive for 100% transparency to prevent any misunderstandings once your rental period begins.* No refunds for late starts or early returns: if you start late or return early, we do not refund for the days/times you will not use the RV. No exceptions to this rule as the dates have already be reserved for your rental. *. Pick up and return: Pick-ups 3 PM unless otherwise agreed to in advance in writing. Returns by 11 AM unless otherwise agreed to in advance in writing. *. All drivers MUST be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract. Only contracted drivers are allowed to drive the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS *. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in our RV. If we detect any type of tobacco/vape/smoke odor you forfeit your entire security deposit. *. Cooking odors: Oil frying food is STRICTLY prohibited, as is cooking any food that leaves behind a strong odor such as fish, liver, heavy spices, bacon. All frying must be done outside the vehicle. *. Travel Restrictions: This vehicle is not allowed to travel into Mexico or Canada, and will cause the until to be reported as stolen, and a total forfeit of your security deposit. *. Food debris: Please do to allow food debris to be placed in sink drains!! *. Return condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. *. Cassette toilet must be emptied, cleaned and sanitized upon return. If not, you will be charged $150. *. You will receive a full tank of gas. Vehicle must be retuned with a full tank of gas. If not, you will be charged $150. *. No towing allowed. *. No major off-roading: Jeep trails and off-roading is strictly prohibited. This is a camper van, not an off-road vehicle. *.
