Welcome. 7-year old camper Libby states with smiles "it's comfy!" Pop-up camper (10-foot unopened/19-foot opened), with lights, sink and three huge beds with another on the fold-down table. Small and easily pulled by even the smallest of towing vehicles (1650 lbs. base/2250 Gvwr; 2-inch ball required [will supply upon request], flat 4-pin or round 7-pin connector [round or flat pins)). Easy setup and I will show you how. Experience the out-of-doors by living in it, even for a short while! *Note: Mileage is only charged should you require our delivery option. Safety gear, extra spare, fully functional lights in and out, windows and screens throughout for great ventilation, large comfortable beds with ample sleeping choices. Need a place to crash or just hang out of the weather or to avoid mosquitoes, then look no further.What's includedUnit has a built-in cooler, kitchen sink with drain & cold water access to either city water or sanitized 12-gallon tank, portable camp stove hooked up to supplied propane gas tank, screens and privacy window throughout, table folds down for added bed, electric hookup or battery supplied power. There are three overhead lights and AC plugs throughout. Vent with cover so you can keep air circulating & dry even in rainy weather. Cleaning supplies for your stay. Camp stove 3-burner with supplied gas tank. Power off battery as well as electrical (15 AMP household connection) for you with GFI outlets inside and outside. This is a no-thrills unit that gets you to even the limited access camping points. Setup within 15 minutes in almost any area, and we will show you how! RecommendationsYour own sleeping bags and blankets and pillows would be good. Trailer ball size 2-inches and vehicle capable of pulling 2250 lbs with gear and water tanks, or 1650 lbs dry weight. 4-prong flat connector for the trailer or 7-pin converter available. Extra box-fan available upon request. Slide-on mirrors to tow vehicle mirrors also available upon request.Other things to noteYou agree to be available for drop-off at an agreed upon date and time at your location, we will setup & walk you through the amenities of this camper and together do a preliminary inspection in the process. Then, we will return at another agreed upon date and time and do a quick setup and final inspection together, returning the unit back to it's original destination for cleanup that you could not perform yourself. You just meet us at your site during pickup & drop off! Shortly before the departure date you will be asked to review the "Departure" form with pictures of the unit in the current condition. Please accept that electronically and we can confirm the condition in person upon delivery. That's it, and we just anxiously wait for the dates to arrive. You may receive a confirmation message the day before and/or day of the rental. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

I was a rookie camper who hadn't hauled a trailer of any kind in about 20 years. But Clint turned out to be absolutely clear and patieint in terms of what we needed to know to set up/break down his rental camper. The unit is about 30 years old, an oldie but a goodie. However, in came through for us even during two nights of torrential rain. Thank you, Clint. Thank you Outdoorsy.
