• Only drivers approved through the booking platform may drive.
• Everyone must remain seated and properly buckled while the RV is moving. No riding in beds.
• No roof access, or towing without our prior approval.
• Please discuss festivals, special events, and travel outside the U.S. with us before booking.
• Follow the operating instructions covered during your pickup walk-through. Secure loose items and fully retract the slide-out and awning before driving.
• Retract the awning whenever you leave the RV unattended or when windy weather is expected.
• Use only the supplied RV toilet paper. Never flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items.
• We handle sewer emptying after your trip! On longer trips, guests are responsible for arranging any necessary mid-trip dumping. Please contact us if you need help.
• Return the RV with dishes washed, trash removed, and personal belongings collected. Leave used bedding inside—we’ll handle the laundry.
• Return fuel at the same level as pickup.
• Contact us promptly about damage, warning lights, leaks, or problems. Please get our approval before arranging non-emergency repairs.
• Please follow your agreed pickup and return times, and contact us if you’re running late.
