Rustic Luxe – Rules of the Road (Delivery-Only)
This RV is delivery-only. Guests are not permitted to drive or tow the RV.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. A $350 cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please keep them off beds and furniture. Crate if left unattended.
Dumping:
• On-site stays or long-term rentals: tank service is included.
• Delivery rentals under 1 week: $75 dump fee applies if tanks need servicing.
Generator use:
• 4 hours/night included. Additional use billed at $3/hr.
• Most guests won’t need the generator if full hookups are provided.
Quiet hours:
Applies only for stays on our Riverside property, please keep noise down after 10pm.
• Return clean:
Please return the RV in similar condition to how it was delivered. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
