The Beast is an older model oversized gasoline powered Class C Motorhome. We've taken this rig to the Rocky Mountains and all over Alberta on multiple occasions, it's a fun ride with lots of power. Featuring a large oversized pantry where the shower was, the extra storage comes at a slight inconvenience, we have to shower outside, shower tent supplied off course. Also comes with pillow top double bed, bathroom sink, stove, microwave, ventilation and heater. Lots of storage underneath and inside for all the adventure gear. The Beast is also jam-packed with all the amenities to make adventure travelling easy, furnace/water heater system, A/C for those hot summer days, generator and a bright interior. It has a lot of room for this size, a dream to drive and perfect for your ultimate road trip. What's includedComes with fresh lines, camping chairs, Barbecue, Generator, Shower Tent, Cookware, Utensils, 10 by 10 pop up tent in place of the awning, great for placing over top of the picnic table, pick up and drop-off in Red Deer and area.RecommendationsIt's the perfect size for any campgrounds in Alberta. We love the Rocky Mountains, Johnson Creek campground is the most beautiful place we have visited so far, but we should take anything away from Tolman bridge along the serene Red Deer River. Crown camping can be a toss up but great for a spontaneous getaway without reservation. Central Alberta has a whole host of places to visit and enjoy, please let us know if you need ideas, we have a ton.Other things to noteThe Beast will always be fully fueled and ready to go, that includes the propane and the jerry can for the generator. Burnt Lake Fas Gas has propane and they are very friendly. Costco has the cheapest gas in Central Alberta, albeit there's always a line up. Please keep it clean and fuel it up when you return it, that way we can all enjoy it.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

This RV is available for drop-off and pickup for a fee. It can also be picked up and dropped off in Red Deer, Alberta.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

This RV has a battery post disconnect. It is a safe method of making sure the engine will start, and the main battery will not drain. Also, it does not have an awning. However, a 10 by 10 pop-up tent is provided for easy setup outside the door or over top of a picnic table.

Q.

How do I use the generator and extra storage.

A.

A large open storage space is provided on the back of this unit. It makes for easy access to the pull start generator, where the main electrical cable of the RV can be plugged in. A storage box is also provided for gas and small bottles of propane for the outdoor Coleman cook-stove/BBQ. The pop-up tent is also stored here, everything is bolted or tied to the storage space.

Q.

What is a good speed to travel with this RV.

A.

100km/h is the good speed to drive this unit. In fact, the best gas mileage we've found, is exactly 97km/h. Set the cruise control, sit back, relax turn up the music, watch The Beast do all the work.
