5JP was terrific. He was extremely responsive before, during, and after our rental. His walk-through on pick up was extremely thorough, and we drove off feeling confident we had all the information we needed. The RV was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. We had a couple of small issues that could not have been anticipated, and JP was easy to reach and worked with us to remedy them as best we could. I highly recommend renting from JP and would do it again.
