You only live once, so get out there and find some adventure! This camper has everything you and your crew need to have an awesome time enjoying the great outdoors.Sleeping arrangements include: Double bunk beds, large U-shaped dinette and comfy couch that both fold into beds, and queen bed with new memory foam mattress in 2022.Amenities are plentiful: Extended season camping with A/C and Furnace, outdoor kitchen with propane stove fridge and sink, outdoor shower, large indoor shower/bath, bed/bath linens, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, cups, RV toilet paper, 6-foot folding table, tablecloth, camping chairs, outdoor rug.This rig runs on 30-amp electrical service - we include 50-foot power cord, 30-amp to 50-amp adapter, 30-amp to 110v adapter, and surge protector. Potable water hose with pressure regulator and filter, black tank flush hose, and sewer hose also included.Delivery and setup offered within 100 miles of Powhatan, VA. $200 delivery fee for the first 50 miles, $1.50 per mile after that. Farther destinations will be considered on a case by case basis.If you want to pull it yourself, this camper is not difficult to tow with a full size half ton truck or large SUV. We do require towing experience, and you’ll need a trailer brake controller. Dry weight is 5,085 lbs and Gvwr is 7,000 lbs. We will provide a Reese weight distribution hitch and friction sway control bar, which will work with your 2” receiver and 7-pin round electrical plug.Pick up and drop off times are set for 12:00 noon, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as there is not a scheduling conflict.RecommendationsDozens of state parks, campgrounds, and RV resorts within a few hours drive, whether you want the beach or the mountains.Other things to noteNo smoking in the camper is allowed.
Cleaning fee of $40 will apply if unit is not returned in the condition it was received.
Dump fee of $50 will apply if the waste tanks are not empty upon return.

Adam was very good communicator and helpful with renting and reviewing the trailer. Had a small issue first day out and he immediately remedied the problem. Unit well equipped and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Also has a rear bumper hitch that allowed us to use our bike rack. Camper is easy to pull with the anti sway system.
