Your vehicle Must have a break controller. Drop off times and arrangements need to be established in advance. We will set-up the entire trailer for you when it is delivered. Pick up times and drop off times vary, we will work with you on those times but must be within 30 minutes of our agreed time. No out of state destinations, unless 7 or more days booked. What's includedIncluded are all the things you will need, both in terms of hitching it up and connecting it in a campsite. also All the kitchen supplies you will need...coffee maker, pot & pans, cups & mugs, silverware, etc. RecommendationsHAVE FUN!Other things to note**ALL RENTERS AGREE TO REVIEW AND SIGN OWNER'S SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT THAT SUPERSEDES OUTDOORSY'S AGREEMENT PRIOR TO PICKING UP THE RV****ALL DELIVERY FEES ARE SUBJECT TO PRICE CHANGES, MY AVAILABILITY, AND CURRENT GAS PRICES, YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE RENTING FOR DELIVERY, THANK YOU!**All renters must add the interior damage insurance to the policy they get through Outdoorsy before renting.Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. Please allow 1-2 hours for this orientation, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.We do not provide linen or pillows for the bed. Renters must bring there own.No smoking anywhere near the trailer please.

Delivery and setup fee is a minimum of $250 for up to 25 miles, $350 for up to 50 miles, and the max distance is 50 miles from Poulsbo unless we can work something out, contact me.CLEANING FEE: $200 Unless RV comes back the exact same way it went out. You must clean it before you return or the cleaning fee will be charged. This includes dusting and mopping.PET DEPOSIT: $250 additional deposit FOR EACH dog. Max of 2 dogs or 3 very small dogs. Any large amounts of pet hair left upon return will be subject to the Deep Cleaning Fee of $400.LOST KEYS - $160.00 and can be deducted from Security DepositDUMPING FEE - $150.00 unless you empty holding tanks yourself and bring them empty.PROPANE FEE- $50.00 unless renter fills the propane on return and provides a receipt.

Niel was a pleasure to work with.
From the beginning Niel went the extra mile to help me safely hook up the hitch he throughly went thru the mechanical parts of the RV and took the time to demonstrate how
all systems worked. He stayed in contact and quickly answered all questions. When I picked the RV up it was in rental ready condition. On return I was met by Niels father who even helped me properly back into his driveway and unhook. You can’t find this type of service you have to hunt for it!
