Communicative, thorough, and helpful
Omid is consistently described as kind, thorough, and communicative, providing necessary information and even a cooler when the fridge was out of order.
Reliable, comfortable, easy to drive
Jane is praised as a reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-drive older van, well-equipped with amenities, despite minor quirks and one instance of a broken fridge.

5.0Everything was great! Omid was thorough and easy to chat with. Only thing is the fridge was broken which was a bummer. But he provided a cooler.

5.0We had a great time with this van! It was exactly what you would expect from an older van - a few quirks here and there but has everything you need and very fun to drive and camp in. Omid was extremely communicative and told us everything we needed to know before departing. We would absolutely rent again!
