Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The easiest way to reach me from SLC airport is to just gran an Uber, that's what most of my renters have done. Or, you can grab a train from SLC to American Fork Station (on the "Frontrunner") and I can pick you up there. If you're already on wheels, you can probably leave your other car at my house with advanced notice.
Q.
Is the van 4x4?
A.
No. It has high clearance and can handle a good dirt road, but it's not meant for anything extreme or 4-wheel-drive rugged.
Q.
Do you have recommendations of where I should go?
A.
Yes! And I usually put together a google map for those who want one of places I'd recommend.
Q.
How hard is the van to drive? Does it fit in normal parking stalls?
A.
That's the beauty of this van. You'll find it drives much like a large car or SUV. It's not a sprinter or commercial vehicle or RV that's oversized and difficult to park. Yes, it's larger, but one of the biggest things I hear from renters is how easy it is to drive. It fits in regular stalls no problem, which you'll find makes a huge difference at National Parks.
