tHhis is a well kept, non-smokers personal coach. It has a unique outdoor kitchen area that includes a BBQ grill that draws from the coach's propane system, sink with hot and cold water and automatic drain to the gray water tank. The 12 CF refrigerator includes water in the door and an automatic icemaker. The expandable, free standing table includes 4 chairs (2 regular, 2 folding). The kitchen includes a home sized Convection oven for fast cooking and baking. The living room area includes a full size sofa bed (air mattress) and a recliner that also doubles as the desk chair for the computer desk. There are 2 32" flat screen TVs (bedroom and living room) and a 24" flats creen TV in the outdoor bay. All connect to an RV Park's cable system. The bedroom has a queen size, Select Comfort, dual control air mattress for adjustable comfort. A full across the rear, mirrored wardrobe . Built in drawers and cabinets provide plenty of storage. The commode is in a room separate from the vanity and shower for privacy.
The coach drives easily and smoothly, gets around 7.5 mpg, has an automatic leveling system, electric awnings and is rated to tow up to 10,000 lbs. It is set up for an auxilliary air braking system on your towable.

My wife, Jan, and I have been RVing since the early 90's. We have travelled much of the U.S. and Canada including several Alaska trips, several trips around the Great Lakes and up the Eastern Seabord. We are slowing down as we get older and now spend most of our time in the RV taking short trips to Myrtle Beach and a long trip each summer to northern Michigan. We love the RV lifestyle and are proud of our "home" on wheels.
