- Dump the black tank first, then the grey tanks.
Always use the provided water pressure regulator for city water connections.

- Propane lines will need bled if tanks have been off. (Can be done by running the burners)
- AC and microwave cannot be used at the same time for most breakers and generators. (Rent our generator for extra power if necessary)
- Ensure area is clear before extending the slide out.

5This was my families first experience trailer camping and it was a blast. The trailer provided heat and AC, comfortable beds, a utensil stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, keurig, outdoor blackstone grill, outdoor mats, folding trash bin, etc. It was a huge bonus that it was dog friendly. The decor is cute and modern. Justin made the set up and clean up very easy. If we camp again in this area we will definitely be reaching out.

51st Justin was great, communication was easy and on arrival to our campsite Justin dialed everything in and really set us up for success. The trailer was perfect, my wife was thrilled with the modern touches and the bed was perfect. We've been renting trailers for the last 8 years and by far this experience was the best! Thanks Justin!
