Responsive and supportive hosts
Tracey and her husband communicate well, respond quickly, and assist with delivery, last-minute requests, and insurance processes. One guest mentioned a cleaning fee dispute and overall dissatisfaction due to vehicle issues.
Functional but needs maintenance
Many guests found the trailer clean, perfect for families, with working heat/AC, fridge, and ample amenities. However, one rental experienced worn tires, a flat, electrical problems, and non-functioning brakes.
