Review summary
Responsive and accommodating support
Russell and his wife are consistently praised for prompt responses, helpfulness with questions, and accommodating requests for pickup/drop-off. He provides thorough walkthroughs and support for vehicle features.
Easy to drive and maneuver
Starla drives easily, maneuvers well in traffic and narrow roads, and is comfortable on highways. Features include a digital rearview mirror and reverse camera. It gets good gas mileage and is decently powered for hills.

5.0We loved the rental. It did everything we needed and made the trip easy. Russell and his wife were a pleasure to work with and were super accommodating and anytime we had any issues were very responsive and incredibly helpful. If you have ever been interested in booking I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. I would 100% recommend this rental. It did everything we needed to do and more and everything works and was well thought out and executed.

5.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We rented the Winnebago Starla van conversion from Russell for our first Grandma and Grandsons road trip, and it was such a wonderful experience! Whenever I had questions about the van, Russell was very prompt in responding and always helpful. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how accommodating and supportive he was throughout the process. The rental and return were both smooth and easy, which made the trip stress-free. We truly enjoyed our adventure, and now we have something special to look forward to each year. We are already planning to book again for our next trip! Highly recommend Russell if you are looking for a great van rental experience. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories! 🚐💛

5.0Fantastic rental! Russell is a great host and went out of his way to deliver the RV to us around Christmas travel plans. The van is great to drive and has a really helpful digital rear view mirror and a high resolution reverse camera for easy driving. The van is also decently powered, so it sits comfortably on the highway and going up hills.
