Tow vehicle must be rated to safely tow at least 5,000 lbs (to cover loaded weight + margin). Renter must confirm tow rating before pickup. Driver must be 25+ with a valid license. If hauling ATVs/gear, renter must secure items properly. No fuel containers stored inside the camper. No hauling items that leak oil, fuel, or chemicals. Only the listed renter(s) may tow or move the camper. No intoxicated or impaired operation. No off‑road towing (logging roads, deep sand, unmaintained trails). No exceeding posted speed limits; max recommended towing speed: 65 mph. Renter must perform a walk‑around check before each departure (doors latched, awning secured, steps up, etc.). Weight must be distributed safely — no overloading the toy hauler garage. Awning must NOT be used in high winds or storms. No climbing on the roof. Stabilizer jacks are for stabilizing only, not leveling. Black/gray tanks must be dumped before return or you can schedule with me and for an additional charge, I will dump. No smoking or vaping inside the camper. Pets allowed only if approved; renter responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning. Camper must be returned in similar condition to pickup: swept, wiped down, trash removed. Renter is responsible for all damage caused during the rental period, including: Tire blowouts from road hazards Awning damage Interior damage Lost keys or accessories Report any issues immediately — honesty avoids extra charges.
