The owner was nice and responded quality. Other than that the trailer had lots of issues that were not listed or spoken about. The first issue was that there was no key. They keep it unlocked so if we wanted to leave, anyone could come into the trailer while we weren't there. The rear stabilizers were broken so it wobbled a lot. It was extra annoying at night. Anytime someone moved in bed, everyone felt it. The fridge did not cool well and the freezer did not freeze. The AC worked well at night but not during the day. There is a cover on the couch because of normal wear and tear that's making the material shed but at night when laying out down as a bed it makes a huge mess. I purposely rented this because there was no smoke or animals allowed but my allergies / asthma were still horrible inside due to something that's been in there or it not cleaned well although it looked clean and was not messy. There was also I broken fridge in the middle of the floor that was in the way the entire time. The owner did not offer a discount do to ask the issues either.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this to anyone and will not be renting it in the future again myself.
