The vehicle we were offered was in line with our expectations, but unfortunately both the first and second RVs had a lot of problems (sliding system, air conditioner). We probably should have rented two small RVs instead of one giant one. Bobbi was a huge help; without him, we wouldn’t have been able to finish our vacation. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation because we were very adaptable, and the scenery we saw was breathtaking. Outdoorsy was always helpful, even if at times a little too superficial.
