2022 RV listed in Ottawa Ontario Canada, near Holly Acres. This is a perfect camper for your family and friends.It is powered by both gas and/or electrical and has a complete kitchen for when you aren't cooking near the fire.It also has a great sound system that can be turned up outside! It also has air conditioning for those hot days and heating for those cold nights.It has both an indoor and outdoor shower. It can has both a fresh water tank and city water hook ups. Propane is an extra.We accept pets because we love them! But please make sure they won't tare up the place.The awning is broken (I will update when it is fixed).We do not provide towels, sheets, pillows or condiments but we do have cutlery, dishes, utensils, wooden spoons, spatula (etc), French press (for coffee), kettle, bowls, coffee mugs, pots, pans.Our hitch ball is 2-5/16"The weight is 4500lbs dry weight and 6000lbs wet.Enjoy!What's includedMessage me if you need anything and I can try and provide it.
