This motor home is ready to roll!!! It is very easy to drive and very clean. The best camping is with full hook ups- power, water and sewer. Insta Hot water system means no worries about running out of hot water (unless dry camping). Dry camping can also be accomplished but not as convenient.There is a private queen bed, loft bed, small pull out sofa, and the table makes into small bed. With two slides, you have a large living area and bedroom.Complete with pots and pans, plates, bowls, serving bowls, utentils, cups, glasses and multiple applicances (see list below). As well as disposable plates, bowls and utensils. All bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels and all cleaning supplies are included. Also I supply coffee, hot chocolate, spices, cooking oil, salt and pepper,I do not charge a cleaning fee but Require the motorhome to be returned in the condition it was in when you took it out. This includes trash removel, dirty towels placed in shower, sweeping of floors, dishes washed and put away, food removed from fridge/freezer, stove, oven and fridge cleaned... If you want to go into full vacation mode and are not interested in cleaning, we get it, we are happy to do it for you, it will simply cost you the cleaning fee of $100.00.Rules and regulations: (annoying but necessary)

Please note that the cleaning of vomit, excessive mud and smoke are all considered damage and will be charded accordingly.* a $100 cleaning fee will be charged if retuned not in the condition it was rented in
*Pick up time is 9:00 am. Return time is 4:00 pm. There is a late fee of $30.00 administrative fee plus $7.95 per hour for each hour after 4:00 pm.
I do have an area to accommodate 1 vehicle if you need to leave your vehicle, I can assume no responsibility.Any personal items left in the motorhome will be help for 24 hrs. Renters are responsible for collection or payment for shipping.
Any food will be disposed of immediately.No Burning Man or Cochella. We want you to have the best time possible, but please remember you are responcisble for any damages,Due to the placement of the levelers, no off road driving, no logging roads, no forest service roads, no driving in the sand is allowed. 1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this Outdoorsy host and would not recommend renting from them. When we picked up the RV, the host was already aware of issues with the carbon monoxide detector. Instead of fixing it, we were told that if it started going off, we should just unscrew it and disconnect the wires ourselves, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. In addition, the RV had known problems with the stabilizers that were never properly addressed. It was clear these were ongoing issues, not something new. There was also pre-existing damage on the back of the RV, including the right side and bumper. However, after we returned the RV, the host blamed us for this damage and went as far as filing a claim through Outdoorsy. To make matters worse, we had already paid a cleaning fee in advance, yet the host was upset about minor dust and that some areas needed to be swept and mopped. She expressed disappointment that she had to do any cleaning at all, which felt unreasonable given the fee we had already paid. The return process was also frustrating. The host stated the return time was 4 PM and mentioned she was not strict about it. However, the RV was scheduled to go out again at 9 AM the next morning. We ended up being about an hour late due to issues stemming from the lack of proper maintenance, yet she is now attempting to charge us a late return fee. Overall, this felt very unfair and unprofessional. Between the safety concerns, lack of maintenance, being wrongly blamed for prior damage, and the issues surrounding cleaning and return time, this was a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before renting from this host.

She responded to messages right away. The RV was super comfy and everything worked well. We’d rent from Terri again for our next trip’!
