You will be pleased to see this camper has 2 smart TV's, Audio system & LED lights inside and out and a outdoor kitchen to ensure the best camping experience for everyone. This camper has all the essentials needed for your next camping trip. All you need to do is bring your family, this camper is ready to go. We provided the essentials from dishes, mini grill, TP, blankets, towels and trash bags. We offer delivery and set up for a fee. This camper is easy enough for a ½ ton pickup to pull flawlessly. Jennifer and her husband were so accommodating, communicative, helpful and, overall, so enjoyable to rent from. • No jumping on beds/bunks • Clean up your trash before returning. • Empty out water and waste ONLY if you towed it yourself • Due to limited dumping stations at festivals & tailgates, I will not accept any bookings without proof of dumping stations at the location. There will be an additional fee if none available on site and if returned without waste being dumped and the tank flushed. • Place dirty linens in large mesh laundry bags provided in the end of your stay. • No pets allowed on furniture and provided linens due to scratches and pet dander on furniture and linen's. Please bring your own pet linens and furniture coverings. If this rule is broken you will risk loosing you deposit. • Power Supply Requirement Policy To ensure proper operation and avoid damage to the electrical system, renters must have an adequate power source when using the camper trailer. This camper requires a 30-amp power supply only — using a power source that exceeds 30 amps may result in serious damage to the electrical components. • Renters must either be staying at a campground with 30-amp hookups, or provide a compatible generator capable of safely supplying 30-amp power. • Failure to comply with these policy's may result in loss of the security deposit and liability for any resulting damage.
