Additional camp accessories at no cost(camp chairs,towing hitch). Cleaning fee will that’s included in the Pre fee. For delivery if you cannot empty the septic, please prepay septic emptying or else a fee will be applied afterwards. For insurance purposes, please be a verified driver.

Small washroom. 1 Queen bed and 2 bunk Bed, convertible dinette-bed, Truck and Mid-size SUV towable. For pick-up, please make sure your vehicle has mud guards/flaps.
Comes with two 20lb propane tanks. 1 AGM battery.
