Review summary

Support varies, issues unresolved

While some staff offer professional, helpful walkthroughs, one renter experienced severe lack of support when a faulty water tank, installed by the company, broke, leading to an insurance dispute.

Clean but critical mechanical defect

Despite being clean and looking new for some, one trailer was poorly maintained, experiencing an unsafe fresh water tank failure due to admitted improper installation, leading to damage.
