Enjoy our 2016 Coachmen Freedom Express Liberty Edition out on the open road!Our 38' 2 bed room spacious rig sleeps 8 guests comfortably with 1 queen bed in the master, a queen pull out couch, and a 2nd bedroom with 1 full bunk, 1 twin bunk, and your choice of a twin bed or a fold out king on the floor. All bed linens are provided at no cost to you. We do advise bringing extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.The kitchen offers a 3 burner stove, refrigerator/freezer combo, double sink, propane oven, and spacious pantry. We provide basic cooking utensils, 3 skillets (small, medium, and large), pots, 8 bowls, plates, cups, and coffee mugs, as well as cutlery for each guest. This unit features an outdoor entertainment kitchen with a mini fridge, sink, mini propane grill and lots of storage. We offer a few small kitchen appliances for rent. These include: a 6 quart Instant Pot pressure cooker, a 2 slice toaster, 5 cup coffee maker, and 5 quart crock pot!If you wish, we can also provide 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and a hand towel for each guest. Just choose the "Towel Package" in the "add on" section during booking.We will stock all linens (and towels if you choose) before pickup or drop off and take care of all the washing and sanitizing after the RV is returned. We do ask that you return all kitchen items in the condition you received them. We will provide dish soap and kitchen towels at no cost to you.Don't have a tow vehicle or experience pulling an RV? No problem! We would be happy to deliver, set up, pick up and drop off. We will deliver anywhere within 50 miles of the storage location for a flat rate of $125. This includes all mileage, and we will do both the pick-up walk through, and drop off walk through on location! (Please choose the "Delivery/Set up & Retrieval/Tear Down---Flat Rate within 50 miles of storage location" option in the "add on" section.) If your destination is farther than 50 miles, that's ok! We can still deliver. In addition to the flat rate fee, we will charge $1.50 for each mile after 50 miles. To choose this as a booking option, please choose the "Delivery/Set Up & Retrieval/Tear Down *See Description Above for Booking Instructions*---$1.50 Per mile rate for 51 mi + from storage location" option in the "add on" section after requesting to book. We will then contact you to set up a new booking request with the updated fees required. **Dumping fee is included if choosing delivery and pick up.**When you arrive to pick up, you will receive 2 - 20 pound propane tanks full. We ask that you return the RV at the end of your stay, with full propane tanks. If you do not care to mess with filling them up and want to return them partially empty or empty, we can take care of it for you, no problem! The cost will be deducted from your $1,000 deposit.We strive to make sure our guests are happy, and your renting experience is as easy as possible. We are Matt and Brooke Clevenger. We are so excited you are considering renting our little home on wheels. Our family of 3 (now 4) lived in our Coachmen for about 6 months in Branson Missouri before relocating back to our home state of Oklahoma. Those short 6 months contain memories that we will never forget, and that time brought us closer together as a family.
