The bathroom is nice with a new showerhead and real toilet. Sliding door for access to bedroom while it's used. Kitchen with island and 4 person table. Fold out full size couch and 2 chairs. TV with hookup to connect to cable if your somewhere with a connection. Has a new rv water heater. I am putting in new flooring next month (july) even though it's still in in good shape. Nice looking with 2 slide outs. Has working fire, co, and propane detectors. Has a newer a/c unit too. Roof sealed less than 2 months ago and all windows and doors caulked. Nice 5th wheel to travel around in or even to stay in a campground with.
