It’s equipped with a rear queen bunk bed, sofas beneath that convert to another queen bed, and a front private queen bedroom with its own TV. It will comfortably sleep your family or a group while still hauling bikes, motorcycles, a SxS, or extra gear. The open layout includes (2) reclining chairs, (2) dining tables, a 40” living room TV w/ Apple TV, 24” bedroom Smart TV, and a Bluetooth stereo with inside and outside speakers.Though this rig was intentionally built for off-grid camping or “boondocking”, it’s fully equipped and ready for a full hookup campsite as well. • Maximum speed of 55MPH.
• Must use weight distribution hitch.
• Trailer must not be overloaded.
• No unauthorized pets.
• No climbing on roof.
• Foul smells or odors upon return will be charged minimum $500 for cleaning and remediation.
• Trailer black and grey tanks must be dumped and rinsed, $75 fee for tanks not emptied.
• Any and all damages will be the renters responsibility.
• Must have towing/hauling experience and a full size 3/4 ton 2500/3500 truck to tow unit, otherwise delivery will be required.
• Awning must be stowed away in windy conditions, any damage to awning will forfeit complete deposit.
• Do not flush wipes, household toilet paper, or feminine hygiene products down toilet. Only use of supplied RV/Septic safe toilet paper permitted. Tank cleaning fee will apply if there is a clog.
• If you are towing the trailer to your own site, the trailer must be brought back in a clean manner (standard camping conditions) and must not have mud, heavy dust, heavy sand etc…
